I was wearing sketchers and I wore them out with my workouts. Last week I bought a pair of nike cross trainers and 15 minutes into my workout the balls of my feet were stinging. The workout I'm doing right now which may sound crazy but I do 5 and 6 Denise Austin lifetime shows, just the cardio parts that last between 5-8 minutes each. I'm on the balls of my feet quite a bit with some parts. What's the best shoes for the balls of your feet and this kind of workout? I'm clueless. Would running shoes be better? They just seem hard and I need some cushion.
