So, i have a fitness test coming up in about a month. on my last one i did okay, but i really want to raise my score a lot. My worst categories in the PT test are my run and my weight. So my plan is simple, lots of cardio, lots of core, and lots of upper body workouts. these workouts will consist mostly of interval runs, both flat and hills, and not weighted exercises. My goal is to improve push ups by 15, sit ups by 15, run by 1:30, and drop about 7 pounds. i know this is going to be difficult for me because i have never really been committed to working out, but i am not only doing this for me I'm doing this for my wife, son and my soon to be son/ daughter. So I'm hoping that they will motivate me to get off my butt and go exercise. Anyways i just wanted to share my plan and see what people thought about it. Is it doable, i think so, will it be easy, not at all.
