the perfect diet meal

Im not going to create an entire diet here, but one thing you should take note of if you are cutting out veggies is there will be a lack of fiber which is OFTEN OVERLOOKED. If you wont eat veggies, supplement with fiber or make sure you are getting at least 25 grams of it spread out through the day from various other foods.

Search around the forum, there are thousands of diets posted up. Get some ideas, remove the veggies if it will make you stick to the diet, and replace with some form of fiber. I would also say get some multivitamins in there as well, you will likely be lacking in those as well.

(note: I do not recommend anyone to not eat vegetables..)

Why would you not eat veggies? That doesn't make any sense. If they are that bad for you add sauce or dressing to them but for gods sake DON'T TAKE VEGGIES OUT.

I really can't stand veggies either. They're so important for nutrients and fiber. I have made myself eat 2 servings per day. 2 servings isn't enough, but it's better than none and for me 2 servings is an improvement!

Here are some ideas:
Balsamic vinegar or calorie free dressings. They don't add anything bad (except some sodium usually) and they can cover up the taste.
Eat them in something. I put some romaine lettuce in my sandwiches.
Explore new veggies with an open mind. There are a lot of veggies out there other than the most common ones we always eat. Take a look at your grocery store for something you don't normally eat.
Do you like hummus? Try some veggies dipped in hummus.

Hope that helps!
