Basicly from my research i devolped my own plan that goes like this.
No sugar.
Low Calories.
Low Sodium.
Low LOW Fat.
Actually what I am eating is a power patty, salad, and piece of fruit for break fest, something like wise lite for lunch, and again for supper.
I keep smoothies already made up in the fridge incase i want to substitute a meal with one also.
I bought healthy choice tv dinners, I think around 8 of them. They were on sell. So far I have only ate 1. Was that a good decision? Sometimes i may not have patties on hand ya know.
I also bought frozen fish fillets...but I am dissabillity so I bought the ones made of polock... couldn't afford flounder. Next time should I pay extra for flounder?
The "power patties" as i call them are made of canned salmon (I know bad, but I have tons of it i need to use), frozen bag of mixed vegetables (Peas, Carots, Corn, Green Beans, Etc.), and Bell Peppers. 2 eggs have to be be put into the salmon in order to get the them to stay together as patties (sigh), then I add a cupp and a half of flower. Pat out patties and place them on a tin foiled baking pan and bake them on 350 for 20 minutes. Once that's done put 'em on broil untill brown. Then ya freeze ;em or throw 'em in the freeze.
BTW. that recipe is for two cans of salmon. It'd of course be way better to use real fresh salmon diced up in a mincer. Oh I forgot to mention I love my my black and decker food mincer. lol..
I almost always warm my patties up on my foreman grill. I never use and cooking oil or butter of any kind.
