The new guy

Hey guys

My name is Kevin and Im 21. I recently got into fitness this year. Im a college kid and I weigh 170 at 6'0. I eat terribly and I decided to change my lifestyle. Ive always been an average guy when it comes to fitness. I do martial arts and hit the gym 3x a week. Im looking forward to the advice you guys can give me.

Welcome friend, youre doing better than me at this point, I havent been able to get to the gym more than twice a week thus far, the best I can give, find a way to keep yourself motivated and stick to it, everything else is easy.
