But it needs to be gone for May 5th for sure cuz I want to look hot hot hot for our trip.. lol. so about 25lb to lose ( or tone up) :D I also need to find a work out routine that I can handle with the time that I have after school, cuz I have no energy.

but yeah. if ya got any pointers or any advice.. let me know..

Welcome to the forum!

~5 weeks 'til May 5th. You might expect to lose 10-15 pounds at best in that short of time. Otherwise, it may be unhealthy weight loss.

No energy? Working out and eating properly will give you loads.

Make sure you stop drinking all soda NOW. Replace it with water. Drink 90+ ounces of water throughout each day.

Stop eating ALL trans fats.

Eliminate the excess bad fats (ice cream!)

Break your meals into small portions and eat 5-8 of these each day (instead of the standard 3).

Cardio for 45+ minutes at 80% of your MPHR 3 days per week.

Weight lift 3 days per week. Shoot for 3 or 4 sets of 12-15 reps on each exercise. Only hit major muscle groups.

Work your core twice a week. Don't forget the transverse abdominis and erector spinae.

Stretch each muscle for ~30 seconds after your workouts.

Follow this plan to a Tee. And do not miss a day (5 weeks ain't long).

Stop reading the web, watching TV, lounging around... And get to work! NOW!

thanx

I have a diet going so far.
it's four days of the actual diet then what ever I want the last three days but in moderation. my step dad is on the same one and he has lost 20lbs in about 4 weeks.

I don't have time to go to a gym and no weights at home.. I'm looking for exersices I can do without the gym or weights,( poor college student) such as pilates- I have done the pilates inthe past and it worked but I'm tired of the same routine over and over..need something new-

thanx for the advice.. some of it I can make it work like the cardio. we'll see how it goes.

Welcome! Good luck, im sure you'll do fine :)
