Hey guys, I found this workout on youtube a month or so ago and have been really enjoying it, though it is well tough . By the way this is a tough workout so do not underestimate it and take it in your own time and watch the amount of reps as it gets quite brutal.

PULL SESSION (30 SEC BREAK BETWEEN SETS)
Close grip pull ups
wide grip pull ups
close grip pull ups
behind neck pull ups
regular pull ups
close grip pull ups
PUSH SESSION (SHAKE OUT BETWEEN SETS - 30 - 60 SEC BREAK BETWEEN SETS)
Dips
Dips
regular push ups
tricep push ups
regular push ups
tricep push ups
wide grip push ups
regular push ups

dive bomber push ups
ABDOMINAL (DO NOT YANK HEAD - AVOID GAPS BETWEEN SETS)
