the muscle up training frequency/tips

i just recently learned these, on the bar and not the rings.
i have been training them nearly every day for 3-4 days by practicing kipping pullups, and attempting muscle ups.
sometimes i miss because i dont pull myself high enough(only up to my lower chest) but sometimes i get it.

my question is, how often should i train these, since it is a fairly strenuous effort to do even one for me?

i usually train by attempting singles, resting 1-3 minutes between attempts and trying about 5 times

i would LOVE any tips on how to do muscle ups easier from anyone who can do them.

and im currently on the 5/3/1 program so ..how could i throw in weighted pullups? ^.^
