The ideal informative weight loss book

I was thinking about all the books I've read on weight loss and how a lot of it is just fluff. What sort of information do you think is an important part of a good weight loss book.

I know for me, structured plans. I just need them lol. I know step by step is good, but I need like a sheet of paper that has Monday at the top and lists everything I need to do under it.

part of a good weight loss book is educating the reader so they can make informed decisions and NOT have to rely on a structured plan...

cause think about it for a minute -if you don't do everything that's on the plan is your day a failure then?

You don't need a list to tell you to get up- go to the bathroom, brush your teeth, take a shower, get dressed, go to work, etc...

Well......some people dont.

Damn! I forgot to get dressed again.

The reason I find plans better because when you haven't been in that groove it's hard to change. During that change time, you go into almost a withdrawal from your old way. Sometimes you just need that do this, do that stuff to keep you going.

I've said this before to people, but when you're forced to think, it can be detrimental. I know that sounds bad, but when you come home from a long day at work and you're tired, than you're faced with the challenging of thinking of a healthy meal, you're more likely to cheat, if there's no thinking at all, just do "this".

you don't need a plan by someone else for that - you need your own plan...

I have amenu set up on my fridge - that my grocery shopping was based on... and I do a lot of prep work.. I don't come in at night and stand in front of the fridge and wonder what to have.. I know

PLanning is essential to succcess.. but it's got to be your plan...
