The 'halfway' point.

So it's been 3 months now and I have lost about 21 pounds (178lbs->157) I am around my halfway point and I finally feel like I am starting to hit a wall. I know that I am still losing weight (usually a steady 1.3-ish pounds a week) but it's just kind of dragging on and on. I just want to be healthy and happy already, damn it! Lol. IDK what the purpose of this post is guess I'm sick of dreaming and want it to finally be done with.
 
21 lbs in 3 months is awesome. Now is the time that you need to find that inner strength that most of us have. We also wish that we could just twitch our noses & be done with it, but life just does not work that way. Have some patience & know that the work is worth it. Everyone is, at some stage, feeling like you are feeling right now. You can do it!
 
21 in 3 months is a great deal. See what else you can do to make your fitness life more enjoyable such as more personal goals and you'll eventually be happy with yourself and your achievements!
