This is for those that cheated on their diet. Sometimes by admitting a failing we can feel more accountable and work to keep it from happening again. There is no shame or blame, just an admission of feeling bad about it and a desire to do better. We all have goals to achieve. What's important is to not let our setback take us backwords, only forwards.
I had 3 mini honey crueller donuts for supper. I meant to eat leftovers for supper but those cruellers were on the counter and I didn't resist the temptation to eat them. 200 calories I can't get back that could've been used for more nutritional fare.
