Today is the first official day of summer everyone!! I know some of us still haven't got to our summer bodies we hoped for, but summer isn't over until September 22nd! Therefore, that gives us 3 months to whip up in shape!! In this challenge, we will weigh in once a week on the same day, and take measurements every two weeks!
I will have a points system to where for every minute of exercise you do, you will get one point. For every pound you lose, you will receive 10 points! We will have four winners. The person that gained the most points, the person who lost the most weight, the person with the most noticeable before and after pictures, and the person that lost the most overall inches!
Every day try to check in and post the foods you ate and exercises you did that day, or the day before. If you are a calorie counter, for every day you stay under 1200 calories, I will give you 5 points!
We can all share our favorite healthy, and yummy snacks we have because I know we all run out of new ideas and it can be boring eatting the same old thing day in and out.
This challenge will start June 26th, and I will need to know if your in by June 25th by 9PM. Post here with your current weight and stats! The stats we will be measuring every two weeks will be (in inches):
Bust -
Waist -
Hips -
Thigh -
**Make sure you measure the same place every time!! For instance for hips I normally do 2 inches below the belly button so I know i'm getting the same exact area each time. For thighs I normally do the widest part of my thigh. Whatever works for you guys though!!
Also, it would be cool to post your before pictures, and then every two weeks take new ones. Try to take the pictures in the same exact outfit and pose so you appear the same way. And try to keep the camera at the same distance!
