Hello everyone! I'm Amanda and I am really excited about sharing my weight loss story with you.

I started out on my diet plan weighing in at 164 pounds. Now to many that may not seem like much, however I am only 5' so it was obese for me.

I began a weight loss progam that didnt require any exercising or starvation, and I could not be happier with my results. I am already down to 145 and counting.

I would love to share this diet with anyone who is interested and needs the assistance, however I do not want to SPAM the forum with links, so if anyone wants anymore info on this diet please send me a PM!

Well no diet really requires exercise to lose weight if you just cut your calories down, nor does losing weight require starvation. What is so special about this particular diet? Let me guess, you have to buy a book or some supplements or something to find out how to lose weight. Around here we're into moderate cutting of calories and adding exercise so you will come out looking toned and healthy. That is usually sufficient to achieve one's weight loss goals.

I could sit on a couch every single day, not starve myself too, and lose "tissue".

However, the "combination types" within this tissue loss, and other health "risks" do concern me.

There is no magic diet--the blankets all.

Do not buy into this BS, people.

Listen to Chillen. His body bears testimony to how much he knows about his body and diet.

Don't get sucked in to another "weight loss" scam.

There is NOT a book to buy or program to pay in to. I can see why you would think that without knowing me but I can assure you that is not the case with me. I just wanted to help others achieve what I have achieved over the past few months. If you are not interested then that is fine, however there are others that are interested in it, so please dont accuse me of something when you dont know me or what I am talking about.
 
Why do we have to contact you for you to tell us? If it has helped you why not just share how you did it on here? Some reason i think i know the answers but i will let you tell me.

Congrats on your diet success...I too am losing when before I failed and I always watch what I eat and go to the gym. I am down 17lb and 35 inches in the last month and a half..it is a shame however that on this site you aren't allowed to say what programs worked for you without moderators saying you are spamming...people come here to look for answers but people stop you from sharing your success stories.
 
i feel like some of these programs work...but they give you guidelines which to follow...you still have to workout,,,eat right...and be dedicated and determined...
