it may have been more, but i can recall twice this morning my mind was egging me on (good analogy... yesterday i had bacon and eggs for breakfast... lol) to eat... naturally i didn't fall for it. i know i still have plenty of fat stores that can be tapped... well, maybe not plenty anymore, but certainly enough.

i tend to smile a bit when i defeat my devious mind.
