The Degree Of Difficulty Of Strength Training?

INFORMATION is about getting it out to them.
COMMUNICATION is too Get It Through Them!

It's ALL About Communication: Body Language/Dialogue/Understanding/Questioning/Responding...
The Relationship and not so much an issue Of Human-health.

When sharing his or her knowledge or "know-how" in regards to STRENGTH TRAINING or commonly called "Lifting-Weights"
he or she must understand the "why, what, how and who" makes this type of physical exercise " feel-Healthy" instead of looking fit.
He or she knows "About" an exercise BUT does not understand "OF" the Exercise as well as recognizing the EXERCISER!

Watching Spouses, Couples, Friends and Parents with their children in the workout gym displays much of
"I know this..." or from - "I see them do it like that..." or with - "I read it suppose be done like this and that..." and so on.
Instead of "building themselves up they are" beating-themselves-up" and having someone's help in doing it.
YOU may be one of the many who might need HELP when exercising/working out with someone that says "I Know...".

The problem in reference to the right way of exercising with weight resistance is common among those "giving out" information-instructions;
A Strong Lack Of Communication -"Getting It Through" the exerciser.

There are basics to clearly understand when "lifting-weights" and giving the RIGHT instructions on "how-to-lift" than just telling someone "just do it."
WHOEVER is giving the instructions is RESPONSIBLE for the outcome and,
Whoever(Adults not Youths) is taking the information is just as RESPONSIBLE for not asking questions before and after the exercise.

A human-mind can think-to-talk about the benefits from "lift-weights" but, it is the human-body that will always be at risk for injury from...what else?
Human-actions.

C'mon...Shouldn't you really be sharing information between each other to make every exercise "healthy" but more so "Right?"
Doesn't your present workout routine need to feel you are in the presence-of- being-healthy?
Or do you Not Know "what being healthy feels like?"

WTF are you even talking about?

*whips out his ban-stick*

The passing of information and communication between those that participate in the gym when lifting-weights.
That is as you put it - "w-t-f" I am writing about.

Is there good information and the right kind of communication between the "lifters" when he/she is telling others what to do and how to do it?

Is the person who is giving the information providing someone's else knowledge or his/her own understanding by experience?
Can you or have you observed this while doing your own workouts in the gym?
Or if you are a PT, do you allow yourself to create a learning environment by the observation of others way of using weight resistance equipment and quietly ask yourself "what makes he/she do the exercise that way?"
Is it from what he/she has been told or how it was shown?

Your up!
