Ok, so I joined the weightloss forum back in Oct/09 and have lost 25lbs. I've reached my goal weight and am feeling fabulous... now I need to firm and tighten it all up I'm starting this journal to track my progress over the next 2 1/2 months b/c we have booked a trip to Mexico on the 18th of July and I want to wear a bikini!!!!
My diet is really pretty good. I still have trouble with night time snacking, but I'm so much better than I used to be. I eat a well balanced diet with as little processed and sugars as I can.
I am fairly active but have lots of room for improvement!! I LOVE yoga, running and weights. I try and start my day with a yoga practice... I run 3times a week and try to get to the gym 2-3 times a week for the weight machines. I have 2 young kids so I can be really difficult and I admitt I use them as an excuse more often than I should
My goals for the next 10 weeks is to get rid of the "mommy tummy", tone and firm my "thunder thighs" as well as the rest of me. I believe my body fat % is around the mid 20's, and I think it needs to be around 18% to really see definition.
I know I have a lot of work ahead of me but am really excited for the challange. Any tips, advice, comments, etc are more than welcome. Thanks
