Sport The Cheat Meal

Hey all. I have been excercising for about 5 years now and i still continue to eat healthy and keep my lifting/cardio up. However, once a week ( for one meal) i will eat whatever i want. I lift 6 days a week, so would it be best to have my cheat meal on the day i have off? Or on a day where i work out so it can burn off better? Any thoughts?
 
Doesnt really matter if its only one meal and planned into total caloric intake. Enjoy!
 
if you could, make it on a workout day, as the calories will be better utilized from your cheat. I cheat 2-3 times per week, and luckily manage to stay pretty lean at around 10% body fat...and I really gorge lol.
