The best & quickest workout ever for fatloss

If you haven't got much free time, try this workout. You will be done within 15 minutes, plus you don't REALLY have workout the very next day. YES, it is that damn intense. I tried it yesterday and was completely shattered. This is do wonders for your EPOC and you get the muscles pumped up too.


Start off with a quick 5 minute warm up. Do anything you like, as long as you feel warm.


Do 8 burpee push presses.


Now do jumping jacks for 30 seconds.


Repeat the above 5 - 8 times. Try not to take any rest, but if you MUST, then take a max of 1 minute after the jumping jacks.


The workout uses all your major muscle groups and all with reasonably high intensity. The hormones go crazy, especially the HGH and you lose a lot of fat. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
 
um..somehow I just don't think this is true. Your title claim is very..salemanish if you know what I mean. Saying it is a good exercise is fine but 'the best and quickest ever for fat loss' is hype, not truth.
 
Jericho my friend...thanks for your response, but I seriously suggest you try it. I have tried almost every kind of circuit training and HIIT workouts, but this one just killed me. A similar workout is done by crossfit guys....they start with 10 reps and go down to 3 or something like that. Try it and then let's discuss :)
 
The exercise is fine..your hype is what I was discussing.The exercise you listed would not burn enough calories based on what you said and the amount of time to be effective for weight loss. It comes off promoting like you want to connected to a website. We both already discussed this.
