the best pic you'll see all day

:rotflmao: wow

Ha ha ha ha! My gym/fitness centre has an automatic door for the disabled, its surprising how many fit people use it - but that beats it hands down!:rotflmao:

I'm always amazed at the number of people who will park in no parking areas when 30 feet away are plenty of marked parking spaces. And I'm talking about people going into the gym.

that pics been around for years ....

if I remember correctly it's located in San Diego... it's a classy gym - they have people there who will even lift the weights for you :)

Hahahaha!

That is great. I was in a gym recently that had a starbucks and a pizza shop in it.

Go figure!

You know, come to think of it, I've had "leg days" where there would be no way in hell I'd be walking down a flight of steps.

On those days I have a hard enough time pushing the clutch in while driving.

If I have to explain it... nevermind. :rotflmao:

This so reminds me of Boston .. lol I usually just walk up the escalator or jog up it ..They have the escalators near the Ts ...so I just walk right up it ... they might be doing that ... its actually harder to go up a moving stair case because you have to keep your balance than to go up a set of regular stairs ...

I see the joke
damn good pic ..
Funny as hell!
lol
always

A couple of times my gym has set out a table with donuts and bagels....ummm, something's wrong with that!

They have to have some way to keep you coming back after you reach you goals!! They will just do what they can to ruin your progress!!!

i think you are supposed to go up the down one and down the up one ... give you a great workout! :D

amen. 5 sets of 8 reps at 465 pounds in the squat. and thats just to start the leg day. i know that feeling...

except at the gym i used to workout at, it was in a basement of a large buidling, which meant climbing up 2 flights of stairs at the end of the workout. and then hopping into my car and slipping the clutch through 20 mins of stop and go traffic, lol.

i kinda get a kick out of it though. if the knees arent locked, then my legs wobble and shake. its funny to watch.

Heehee. Too funny. You know what I don't understand? People who smoke outside of the gym after they workout. True, it's a different beast entirely from weight loss, but I mean, how is that helping your overall fitness? And, c'mon, couldn't you choose a better place than right in front of the gym? People.

Converation overheard at my gym recently: (and no, it wasn't me)

Pilates Princess 1: I tried to get to the gym the other day but couldn't find a place to park so I went home.
Pilates Princess 2: Yeah I know parking is brutal out here
(duh, ladies, it is a city)
PP2: some nights,I really think I should walk over here, I live on xxx
(note: xxx is about 1/2 mile away, and closer to the gym thanI am - and it should also be noted that these ladies are in their early 20s and probably weight 120lbs each soaking wet)
PP1 - I've thought of walking, but it's getting so warm out, I hate to get all sweaty.
(Should I even bother mentioning the hair color of these girls? :D

Heaven forbid one should get sweaty on the way to the gym or even AT the gym. Perish the thought. Too funny. :rotflmao:
