The Best Body-Transformation Contest!!!



How it works:

- The contest will be from March 10th - June 10th. (3 months)
- You must take 1 front, 1 side, and 1 back picture that shows a newspaper in one of the pictures with the date clearly visible.
- Establish your goal.
- Beginning pictures must be posted or sent to me before Midnight on March 10th.

**YOUR BEFORE PICTURES MUST BE TAKEN ON MARCH 10th**

**YOUR AFTER PICTURES MUST BE TAKEN ON JUNE 10th**



You will have to take another set of pictures on June 10th and post your pictures on the forum to be judged by myself and my moderators. If you do not feel comfortable posting the pics, you can e-mail them to me at LV@itransformed.com and I will get together with my moderators to judge them.


Prizes

Once the winner has been determined by the judges, they will be given a $100 gift card to supplements101.com and the opportunity to post their transformation story on the new which is being launched on March 17th, 2007.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the start of the contest. All before pictures MUST be sent to me or posted on my forum no later than midnight tomorrow.

I hope everyone has their diet/training approaches in place and are ready to kick some A*S!

Transformations should be fun. Its kinda odd though in that you think the people who are cutting would have the advantage in this contest? I'm bulking up right now. (not going very well though) but this should help my motivation to eat more. I think I'll join.
 
I was going to join and take the pics on the 10th but got so caught up with fighting fires all day. (why do farmer start fires that might get out of control?) By the end of the day I was too exhausted to mess with it. I'm starting a bulking session anyway so I doubt I would do very good for this anyway. :)
