The Best Body-Transformation Contest!!!

I got permission from Sean to post this over at fitness.com and figured I'd post it here as well to see if anyone would like to join the contest......



How it works:

- The contest will be from March 10th - June 10th. (3 months)
- You must take 1 front, 1 side, and 1 back picture that shows a newspaper in one of the pictures with the date clearly visible.
- Establish your goal.
- Beginning pictures must be posted or sent to me before Midnight on March 10th.

**YOUR BEFORE PICTURES MUST BE TAKEN ON MARCH 10th**

**YOUR AFTER PICTURES MUST BE TAKEN ON JUNE 10th**


You will have to take another set of pictures on June 10th and post your pictures on the forum to be judged by myself and my moderators. If you do not feel comfortable posting the pics, you can e-mail them to me at LV@itransformed.com and I will get together with my moderators to judge them.


Prizes

Once the winner has been determined by the judges, they will be given a $100 gift card to supplements101.com and the opportunity to post their transformation story on the new which is being launched on March 17th, 2007.


If you would like to join the contest please and submit a post letting us know your in. Also, feel free to start a journal to help keep you on track as well as updating us on your progress.

Sounds interesting and good for motivation, but I'm afraid I'd have no chance to win :( as everyone keeps telling me, I just have a little vanity weight to lose, starting to wonder if even I'll notice a difference, let alone others, lol. Will you announce when it begins/ends and such so we can keep track, etc?
 
Lol, this also makes me want to stop what I'm doing for a week so I have a better before to show more change, hehehe :D
 
heh - ooh i hadn't thought of that - but hey photoshopping in a newspaper isn't all that hard to do :) take a really old picture :)

It starts on 3/10/07 and ends on 6/10/07.

Your before pics have to be posted on my forum or e-mailed to me at LV@itransformed.com, if you do not feel comfortable posting them, before midnight on 3/10/07.
 
K, gonna check with Leigh and make sure she thinks it is an ok idea for me to participate (I can't imagine she wouldn't), then count me in :)
 
Can I join?I'm writing in from India.
I want to participate for the spirit of it & not really the cash prize. are there any legalities?

There is not a cash prize, the prize is a $100 gift certificate and the opportunity to post your transformation story on .

Legalities? What type of legalities do you mean?
 
Just a reminder that tomorrow is the start of the contest. All before pictures MUST be sent to me or posted on my forum no later than midnight tomorrow.

I hope everyone has their diet/training approaches in place and are ready to kick some A*S!
