Sport The Abs Diet?

I've been stuck right around 200 for over a month or so. So i'm switching things up both diet wise and exercise wise. I'm doing the abs diet.

I got this book read it and am going to stick to it.

Has anyone here ever tried the abs diet? Its basically what everyone always says to eat on the forums anyway. Lean meats like turkey and chicken. Almonds peanut butter greens fruits ect. But with it i'll have more structure so i'm hoping it will help me shed some pounds and build some lean muscle.
 
If you're stuck at a weight, you're eating too much. You don't need a special diet...you just need to consume fewer calories.
 
or you are not eating enough... try upping your calories for a weekend then dropping back down... if you start loosing weight again you aren't eating enough in weigh loss mode... if that doesn't work... then you ARE eating too much...

Hey don't know if what I said is true for everybody... but it was for me when I dropped from 260 down to 180... if I stopped loosing weight for more than a week I would just eat more for a weekend then resume my normal diet eating...and platue broken...

another platue buster for me was to change my staples... I would eat just about the same things for breakfast and lunch most of the time (my staples)... for example... Protien bar for breakfast... can of tuna & egg white for lunch... ... but if I got stuck I might switch it up and go oatmeal for breakfast... and chicken breast and salad for lunch... the point is... if your stuck at a platue... you might not need a drastic change...

if it worked to get your from someplace down to 200 it might still work... you might just need to shake things up a bit for a week or two...

then again.. malkore could be correct you may have been eating an amount to get you to loose weight when you weighed say... 220 but now that you are 200 the weight loss has slowed so much that you don't notice it... and you just need to eat less...
