Hello,
I just ordered this, it was mentioned in a weight loss diary thread here on the forum.
Thx angel for mentioning it
I love the idea that its 30 days, people who continue longer though will surely benefit though. I however get board easily so 30 days is enough for me to start my weight loss project. Being 30 days will work for me as its a target I can reach with a DVD. I also like the three level idea, its not going to be the same for all 30 days. Another positive is she has two girls behind her, advanced and less advanced so if its tough you can follow the less advanced moves.
I do pole fitness which I love and can't get enough of, pole fitness alone tones every muscle in your body and strengthens your abs, this DVD though will help me get fit and gain back some strength after my baby is born.
I will create my own weight loss diary thread here once baby is born however my exercise for the first one or two months will be solely walking as I have to wait for the doctor who helps me retrain my pelvic floor muscles to give the "ok" before I start any tough sports.
The DVD will be great also since its just under 30 minutes, I will be able to do this at home while baby is napping before my maternity leave ends ( hubby can fold the clothes and clean the kitchen etc when he gets home )
