I just wanted to say thanks for all the help I have received from everyone in these forums. And for all the information I've received by reading these forums. I started my program about a month ago. I started working out and changed my diet according to what everyone told me and according to what I read. So far I have lost 25 lbs., I started at 245 and I'm now at 220. So I don't have too much farther to go to reach my weight loss goal. Now I just have to get everything shaped up and toned. I just wish I had taken some before pictures. Anyway, thanks again to everyone.
