I want to thank all the ppl who left a messege, I am still trying to get around in here, so if I do not reply thats why. not sure what I am doing lol.
I think I need to make my food tast better the fish, Is just nasty. I love the chicken and turkey, I was a mexican food junky, so thats hard. tuna is ok, but only a couple times a day, anymore than that I feel like I might start growing gills. I am trying hard not to get on the scale, til mondays. I just don't see a difference I guess so I have to check to see for myself. Thanks ya'all.
 
Trina, do not be so hard on yourself:) . I am sure you will do great! I just wanted to tell that it is, of course, very important to check your weight, but even more important to measure yourself - only than you will see a true progress and it will help you to stay motivated. When it comes to your diet - it is just a matter of getting used to a new taste. I find Japanise food to be absolutely amazing - plenty of fish, raw fish, lots of veggies and green tea. You have so many choices - shrimp, lobster, chicken brest, salmon, seafood, I can go on and go on!:p Sometimes we just like to find little silly excuses as to why the diet doesn't work for us. Does it always feel good? No. But that is why we have self control. Jus think how much better you will feel about yourself when you will reach your goal:) .
 
I Find It Easier To Eat Fish With Lemon Pepper Jsut Sort Of Takes The Wang Out Of The Fish Taste! You Will Do Good And Feell Free To Ask Questions We Are All Supportive And Helpful Welcome To The Family!

thanks again for all the help, today I cheated a bit feel real bad about it, I was just walking through kitchen and saw the cookies the girls left out, lol well the rest is History!! I am weak ! tomorrow will be better.
My milk is so hard to give up. all I drink is milk or water, I love water, and drink easily the 100 oz a day but a cold glass of milk, sure taste good also.
I find when I am bored that is when I cheat on the diet. Cooking for my husband and girls, is a bit tricky also, hard to smell it and not eat it.
The girls like my diet food, but hubby wants good food. Wish I could just cook one meal for everyone and they would be happy. I have been pushing some of my diet stuff on him, wheather he likes it or not hehe!
 
Hello My husband measured me today and total inches lost was 11 3/8 only 2 lbs lost though, I really cheated on the diet and didn't exercise much, so I am going to give micheal thurmond one good week with no cheating and see what the resultes are. still walking on cloud 9 though with the whole inches thing. woohooo self.

Well, 2lbs is great..Kepp up the good work. if you cheat then the next day is always a new day :D Don't give up . Stay Positive
 
Its me again

Hey all,
I have done better this week but still have added a few things, I shouldn't.
That just helps me I think cause if I didn't I am afraid I wouldn't stick with it.
If anyone has a snack Idea that would work, with this program, let me know its a sodium free, sugar free, fat free, and no dairy. There has to be something that taste good, or I can slide by on. Things I might like has low sodium, but high in sugar, or vice versa. Thanks
