I'm not out of weight range, it's ideal in fact but I'm extremely out of shape.
I have beta thalassemia hep c type 1 diabetes (among other varying related deficiencies) and I'm kosher, by choice not religion. Oh ya, i'm gluten intolerant. Ugh.
So I'm starting this thread for anyone with relatable diet restrictions. There's a host of foods I must avoid.
Honestly I've found that paleo is the best way to go. I'm completely off all prescription drugs now and have found the energy to start working out again, just body weight so far but I'm feeling it.
