Just continuing from my previous post on increasing protein ratio from 15% to 30%. Last week I bought TVP from Tree of Life. Delicious when I add it to soups. Easy way to get a lot of protein. But is it a safe and nutritious choice if a I add it as a daily dose to my otherwise balanced, healthy, natural diet? I dont want to take too many unnatural supplements as food but need an easy way replace some carb with a protein supplement.
