Testosterone +

Is there any "natural" ways, I'm talking food or herbs, to enhance testosterone production and reduce estrogen?
I've heard ploy + mono saturated fats play a roll is testosterone production so I dedicate %15 - 20 of my calories to them.
Is there anything else?

DO NOT buy T-bomb. so far i see no difference or feel a difference in anything i do. ZMA helped me a lot, made me sleep a lot better and helped my recovery time, so i say buy that.

K. So, I was looking at ZMA, a lot of b6 and zinc, it's ok to take this with a multi vitamin with some of that allready in it, along with some tribulus?
Or should I just choose one.
 
More than 200mg of zinc in one day has been linked to increasing the chance of prostate cancer, but I think this is because of the increased test levels. But none of this is proven...
 
I didnt see ZMA in that first one.. And the other two look fine.. But wait, exactly how old are you??
 
at your age, skip the tribulus IMO.

ZMA, I typically take 2/3's the recommended dose. Make sure you do not take any calcium supps or drink milk, or eat anything high in calcium when taking ZMA or zinc. Calcium blocks zinc absorption, essentially wasting the supplment and the money spent on it.

Saturated fats help keep you anabolic as well, just don't go crazy on them.

Hmm, no milk? That might be tuough, I usually drink like 3 cups a day. But if ZMA is really worth it I'll cut it.

Evolution, can you explain how eggs help? And by whole do you mean boiled?
 
yea, the more and more I work out the less I think I need it. I just seriously started 2 weeks ago and am allready seeing results.

In other words, Do not drink a glass of milk when you take your zinc. make sure its at least 60 mins before you take it, or 40 mins after. I figured you'd understand I only meant 'at the time you're taking ZMA' but I guess I'll just be painfully blunt from now on.
