Sport teriyaki chicken everyday

Sport Fitness
Hi there, I have been eating teriyaki chicken or shrimp without sauce (so just chicken) and no salt and steamed vegetables (no rice) everyday. It tastes great and filling. I get this at the mall everyday for lunch from sakio japanese grill. Does anybody think this would be bad for you? It has 56g protein, about 10g of fat, and the veggies have some carbs. Sounds like the healthiest and best tasting way to increase protein ratio but am I missing something? Sodium is way down because I do not get sauce or I am surprised there is only10g of fat according to caloriecount.com (sakio teriyaki chicken) because it tastes so good, tender, and I see the oil on the bottom when I am done. Could caloriecount.com be wrong? Should I eat the rice too? I eat the veggies with no-carb ketchup

one of these posts is plenty. no need to double up.

i wouldn't rely on take-out every day, even if it appears healthy.

this doesn't sound like a bad 'fast food' option, but I guarantee you could make the same thing at home, more cleanly (less additives), and for a lot less money.

Home cooled meal is always the best option for healthy living, because you know what you put in it and not worry about added ingredient etc. Spice up your life and eat other things that are healthy, be adventurous.

correct me if im wrong but 10 grams of fat is a TON for one meal
and even without sauce there is likely atleast 1500mg of sodium and wont be surprised if it exceeds the 100% limit
also they usually cook the meat with some of the sauce so there may be too much sugar

sure theres plenty of much worse take out options but that wouldnt be something I'd recommend eating "every day"

Ten grams of fat is nowhere near a TON for one meal. I would say that's average at best. Now I don't normally do this because I was cutting and now I'm on a liquid diet due to surgery, but people often eat a few eggs for breakfast. 3 eggs and you're already looking at 12-15 grams of fat, excluding whatever else you eat.
