Sport tell me what you think of my protein shakes

I usually drink two protein shakes a day, one in the morning after I work out and one at night before bed.

Morning - (Along with a sandwich and some fruit)
2 scoops whey protein mix (about 40 g protein)
2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 - 2 cups of soy milk

Night - (Along with four chicken strips)
2 scoops whey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup yoghurt

I'm trying to add mass without becoming a fatso. I eat 6 times a day, but these are my biggest meals because they are my building up meals. What do you think?
 
What's your current weight? I wouldn't think you need more than 40g protein (the soy milk would add a significant amount).

I only use a 1/2 scp in mine.

I weight 200 and I'm 6'4'', I'm trying to get up to about 220

Well, if you get 40g at each meal, that's 240g for the whole day.

One other note: soy is controversial due to it's estrogenic properties. If you're not lactose intolerant, you should drop it.

wooooahh holy sh*t, are you telling me that soy milk may be giving me estrogen?

There's some controversy about it, but many believe that soy has estrogenous effects.
 
hey thanks a lot man; I had no idea about that. That kind of scares me and makes me mad... I've been drinking tons of that stuff for about 2 months now. come to think of it, I have been getting urges for ice cream at 2 am and to paint my toe nails... haha kidding. but I'm going to stop ingesting that crap. thanks.
