Here the deal: I've been cutting for a couple of Weeks now and I find myself cheating occasionally. I am Making this Log to post when I cheat, and what food I ate that qualified as cheating, no matter how small!

The Idea is to get me to feel guilty about posting in this thread and to stop cheating. I'll post the food along with the nutrition facts (if available). Ideally this will be the last post on this thread right ? :newangel: ... not lol.

Disclaimer: I am not going to post alcoholic beverages as cheating (Yes I know they aren't good for you, and I only drink occasionally on the weekends but this thread will get redundant quick if I decided too!)

This is quite a good idea, when i'm cutting I may do the same.

I think it's never good to cheat, but surely it's worse to do so when cutting, which is probably when it's going to be most tempting.

I find a friday night the worst when you're tired from a week at work, if I go out I sometimes drink, but if I stay in I might end up wanting pizza, although usually resist!
