hey guys, well after almost half a year of counting calories/going in starvation mode/ lots of exercise, and just being miserable alot of the time ive decided to come off of my diet. Well i have learned alot about nutrition and i will never go back to how i was before. right now i am 17 years old, male, 5ft 10in, 170lbs. I just found that i got way to obsessive counting calories and all that and it made me miserable and not want to do things and i want to come off of doing that. Its almost like i forget how to eat without counting. What is the best way to tell if i over eat or not? just listen to my body when its full? i am still going to exercise alot so i am not worried about that.
