Sport teenage Bulking Diet

Ok, forget about this diet, I know what my diet will be now because of a lot more reasearch on bulking.

You can't really cut body fat and bulk at the same time. If you really want to, cut a little first to get the body fat down a little bit and then bulk up. You're diet needs much more calories if you're bulking. We're talking 6 meals of alot of protein in each. Also, I'd split the working out to ab days, where you do one part of your body (i.e. upper) on one day, and then another part (i.e. lower) on the other, and then a day of rest before you restart the process. Or, do fullbody workouts and have a day of rest in between each one.
 
You're bulking and you're only eating about 1000 calories? Try raising that by about 2500 and then you may consider yourself bulking. While you cant cut fat and build muscle at the same time drastically, you can drop fat and become stronger. What do you do every weekday for one hour?

and im 15 and around 5'10

if i ate only that much id be burning musccle,
and injuring myself
u need 6-7 meals a day, and all containing a fair amount of protein..
