You can't really cut body fat and bulk at the same time. If you really want to, cut a little first to get the body fat down a little bit and then bulk up. You're diet needs much more calories if you're bulking. We're talking 6 meals of alot of protein in each. Also, I'd split the working out to ab days, where you do one part of your body (i.e. upper) on one day, and then another part (i.e. lower) on the other, and then a day of rest before you restart the process. Or, do fullbody workouts and have a day of rest in between each one.
