technical question

Just came across this forum. My first post is a tech question. I have a Schwinn recumbent bike 231. The onboard computer is frozen. It spins through all the different fields, but it never loads so I cant use it. I tried calling Schwinn, but they are not open on weekends it seems, and I cant find anything in the manual or online on how to force reset the computer. Anyone have an idea? Or somewhere else I an go for help?

do they have an online website or hotline that you can call for some customer support? I'll try to ask friends of mine who have Schwinn bikes as well.
