Fit for April
New member
Hi,
I'm new here and I'm just hoping to get and give some motivation.
My name is Sarah. I'm 22 and have a wedding date set for April 14, 2018. Like any newly engaged woman, I went shopping for my dress and found the one I always dreamed of. Even better than finding my dream dress was finding it ON SALE. The only problem is they only had one size. That one size was not my size. It zips and I can sit down without busting out of the thing, but it would look a lot better on me if I dropped a few pounds. So that's what brought me here.
I've been making better food choices and recently started a 30 day challenge type thing. I've lost 3 pounds since I bought my dress (that was before I started any type of exercising). I'm looking to get some motivation to finish the next 30 days and then challenge myself a little more.
I'm the type of person who does the best working with a group so it's a no-brainer to use that same concept for this! I've had gym/diet partners in the past, but haven't had success. My partners have tapped out and I quickly followed once I lost the outside motivation.
I'd love to be involved in a thread with people who have similar goals, can keep each other updated progress big or small and offer support when we feel like quitting.
