TBomb II Testaserone

Me and my friend were thinking about buying this supplement

Is it ok for me to use? Does anyone know any side effects or if it's just bad for you?

All it is, is ZMA. You can take ZMA, it will just help you with your sleep.

It's VERY overpriced. As you can get the EXACT same ingredients for around 12$.. But it's not going to raise your test levels, unless your sleep is inhibiting them from reaching their potential (rare). I enjoy the deep sleep I get from it, so I use it when I find it on sale (~7$ for me). Other than that, nope.

Water retention will actually help sometimes in putting on muscle, it actually will help stretch the sarcolema (not proven, but thought).

How old are you?

I used to work at a corperate GNC and we did sell a lot of t-bomb, however the benefits are few and far between. Yeah it will put you into a deep sleep, but you can also come out of it kinda groggy. Save your money. Secondly, I'm a first year medical student and yes water retention can help increase the sacromere but at the molecular level and not really enough to see any visible benefit. Also 15 in my opinion is kinda young to start supplementing with hardcore stuff. At GNC you had to be 18 to buy this anyway. Secondly I can speak from experience as to the negatives of supplementing hardcore stuff at such a young age. Just take a really good multi vitamin, calcium, and protein and let your young muscles develop properly. Becides, after the prohormone ban, anything that you can buy over the counter at a GNC (medicaly speaking) really won't do much unless you have hit a wall and need a little bit of push.

15 prolly doesn't neet ZMA.

but for the record, here's ZMA for $8 - 90caps. its what I've been buying and I only take 2, not 3.

Your test levels will continue to increase until you're ~25 or 26 as long as you don't mess with them. If you take a test enhancing drug, or just test, your natraul level will never reach its potential. My advice, wait.

You use to be a GNC employee? I've talked to 3 different ones and they have all told me that n02 is an amazing supplement, in which i have foudn that it does nothing for you whatsoever. Is it true?

Not 100% true, I know of a few test enhancing supps from their that still hold their own. Very few though, count them on 1 hand..

And, the stretching process is just a thought. If it might have any benefit at all, and no long term negatives, why not just to help?

I do agree with waiting until early 20's though, not quite 18. I used to work at GNC also, great discounts if you work there :D

You said if i hit a wall and need a push...would n02 help because I have about 2 bottles just sitting in my room unused because ive heard it does nothing for you.

I said I used to work at GNC. I'm a medical student now getting my MD and Phd. As far as NO2 goes, I've heard mixed things. I take it in the form of Arginine mixed with an ethel ester creatine and I do feel pretty good pumps after doing muscles like bis and tris. But like I said, your 15 and this kind of stuff probably isn't for you, no offence. Just an opinion. Really, at your age I would just get into a great workout plan, most importantly eat right, and take some multis, calcium, and maybe protein if you want to put on a few pounds. But seriously, wait till you are older to start messing with the overly expensive stuff.

NO2 does NOT boost performance period.
