Heres what I posted in the newbie section, doesnt seem like many of you go there so I thought Id post it here aswell ..
Hello, Hello, Hello!
I think It's time for me to re introduce myself . I'm a 20 year old female who has struggled with my weight since around the age of 11, I lost alot of weight by the start of last summer and was really starting to feel great about myself, at the end of last year I broke up with my ex boyfriend of three years, who I was sharing a house with in south wales and shortly after met a wonderful guy called Marc, we're now engaged and living in Devon, UK. I suppose everything has been all up in the air for a while and I allowed myself to put on aload of weight with the excuse of being unsettled .. BUT .. It's nearly summer and I need a huge virtual kick! lol. Anyway, I've had another look around the site, it looks cool and I feel motivated already.
AllCdnBoy ~ I'm 5'1"
As for my diet ~ I'm just going to try to do what I did before, which was 3 small meals a day with 2 snacks of either fruit or yoghurt, regular exercise and plently of water.

fairy's
lots of eyeliner
Ike the kitty cat who dribbles
lots more but ill save them for another time lol ..

I've been back on track for only a couple of days so far, I've introduced weights which I'm enjoying already. I'm planning on doing 40 minutes on the exercise bike 3x per week & weights 2-3x per week. I've upped my water intake as from today (my boyfriend drinks loads of coffee and i've recently been doing exactly the same, but thats about to stop!)
I'll probably upload some pictures in the before and after section some time soon, showing me at 177lbs, 131lbs (in the summer) and recent (152lbs)
