Two questions:
1) While my overall goal is to improve my figure, my most specific goal is to slim out my buttocks. I know you can't spot reduce and that the only sure way is to slim down overall, and eventually the areas you want to see improvement will be worked on.
What I want to know is this: What are the ass cheeks mainly made of, muscle or fat? The answer to this question will determine my calorie intake and level of resistance training, ie. whether I want to lose fat exclusively, or some muscle as well. 2) I finish work in the evening at 5 and am home by 6.30. Two nights a week I go to the gym for a pretty intensive workout, I leave the house at 7.15 and am home by 9.45. I go to bed at 11.
What I want to know is this: When would you advise I eat my evening meal on these days, before or after my workout? And IF after, what is there to be said about consumption of carbs at that time, and just after a heavy workout?
