I think Marko is referring to the new Quentin Tarantino movie 'Death Proof'. It was originally going to be a double bill, coupled with 'Grindhouse' which was directed by Robert Rodriguez but, apparently audiences didn't want to watch 2 movies for the price of one so they seperated them.

Death Proof (2007)

Its basically about a guy (Kurt Russel) who has a modified car, strengthened so the driver can survive heinous crashes, who stalks women and then kills ht em with his car. Dark, weird and typically Tarantino.

I haven't seen it yet but, will probably see it when it comes to DVD

ive seen death proof its an amazing film
 
Planet Terror had Bruce Willis, Clooney wasn't in it. The US release was Grindhouse, so I saw both...I loved those two freakin movies. I saw it opening night or whatever, and it was like a god damn party, which is exactly what I like about going to a movie like this.

Watching it by myself wouldn't be as fun, I don't think.
 
Ah yes, Planet Terror, that was the one - must try not to post so early in the morning before brain has fully engaged ;)

I actually think they both look quite good. Who knows, maybe I'll even drag myself down to the cinema...
