You can take weight loss pills to reduce weight .Weight loss pills function appropriately if taken as per the recommended dosage. It is necessary that you fix a schedule and decide that how much weight you are going to lose in 3 months before starting the dosage. This will help you decide the diet, type of exercise, dosage of the weight loss pill. I assure you that you will get the desired effect within the stipulate time if you follow the fix schedule strictly. Sheer dedication and determination is required to lose weight. Weight loss pills are safe to be taken but, one thing I would add up here is that take them only for a limited period and don’t increase the dosage concentration because it can lead to the more weight loss that may affect your body adversely. So, take the weight loss pills as per the scheduled dosage to see the desired effect in the stipulated time

Nonsense. There is no such thing as a 'weight loss pill'. Those pills are useless in the best case, and endanger your health in the worst. In all cases, they are a waste of money.

Go and educate yourself about proper nutrition and exercise. That's all you need.

NO weight loss pill please...

Totally agree! Unaware to you, there are many other artificial chemicals/substances that you are popping into your mouth when you take that weight loss tablet. I know, I have done it before... Please don't do more harm to your poor kidneys that cleanse your blood. Just imagine how much toxins you have introduced into your body!!!

Eat healthy - include fruits and green vegetables into your daily meal and cut down on fatty meat and sweet drinks (especially those with tons of ADDED SUGARS!). If you do feel hungry in between meals, go grab a glass of fruit jucie or yoghurt drink (without added sugars please!).

Please stop taking those pills, they don't work. Blame it on the successful marketing strategies of the companies who made them...

Alli works, in the way of blocking fat & if you eat to much fat while taking it, you will experience fiery anal discharges. Its FDA approved :) Good luck with that hahahaha

Perhaps diet pills work, but nevertheless I agree that loosing weight should be done by eating nutritiously and exercising, not by popping pills...

people often dont realize how many liquid calories they consume....even if there is no added sugar, there is still sugar, carbs, and sodium (which will make you retain water), which can be as bad for you if not worse than eating something (depending what it is). checking labels is a good habit to get into.

I agree. Stay away from sodium as well as sugar. Read an interesting article the other day about lots of sodium in sugar products. I'm not sure we know how much sodium we eat on a daily basis without knowing about it.

Riiiiight...

I find weight loss pills to be only as beneficial to your diet and exercise plan as you are dedicated to your diet and exercise plan.

Eat right, exercise, take a diet pill... You'll lose weight.
Eat right, exercise, tap yourself on the head with a pencil each morning... You'll probably lose the same ammount of weight!

HA! "if you want to be healthy, you have to pay in dollars...with no compromise to health..."

what kind of crap is that??? Losing weight is free my friend. AND there are THOUSANDS of cases of people taking various kinds of weight loss pills that put them in the hospital..or worse.

I'm closing this thread...its pointless.
