I did Billy Blanks Tae bo Boot camp video today (because I hate cardio, and I'm more disciplined to do cardio when someone else, even someone on the TV, is doing it with me)...what a dork...I couldn't even finish it. But, 28 minutes is better than 0 minutes, right? I guess my new goal is to make it through all 55 minutes of the DVD without keeling over
