Tae Bo Experiences

Ok, I enjoy walking on the treadmill and pushing my limits, but it really is starting to feel a bit monotonous. I'd like to mix it up. I considered looking into buying a workout DVD, but then figured I'd check on Youtube first to see what some of them are like. I found a 42 minute level 1 workout for Tae Bo. It looks fun and although I didn't watch the whole thing yet I skipped to the end and saw that most of the people were pretty sweaty so it looks like it should be a decent workout. Do any of you do (or did) Tae Bo? Did you see results? I'm going to give it a go tonight just for a change of pace. :)
 
I love tae bo, I used to do it years ago and have recently got back into it! It makes me sweat so much, and that can only be a good thing!
