Table Top Bend with Exercise Ball

Lying on the floor, have your legs extended straight up with the ball between your feet. Arms should be straight out to the sides, head resting on the floor. Exhale, and bend legs down into table top position, or to form a 90 degree angle. Hold for 2 seconds, and return to start position for 1 rep.
