im just wondering if anybody knows, maybe on average, how much the bone in a steak weighs. i would guess that it doesnt weigh near as much as the meat itself but. i ate a steak today that weighed 1lb....yeah baby....it had a bone in it so i know i didnt eat 1lb of meat. but if anybody can help with this, alls appreciated.
