T-Bomb II

Hello,

Im 18 years old and Im thinking of taking T-Bomb II.

Would you guys recomended for my age? Im just trying gain muscle and get a bit riped. Any Recomendations?:cool:

Don't waste your money.

I would, however, really look into this awesome supplement called food. It's amazing the gains you can make while using it.

99% of all supplements are crap. The bigger the marketing claims, the more likely that its crap.

First sentence of their marketing blurb: "T-BOMB II is so effective at jacking your Testosterone levels to the max, many are calling this male hormone optimizing formula "the most significant development in Pro-Testosterone Technology since prohormones!"

That right there tells me its crap. anything that 'boosts testosterone' in any significant way is illegal, or untested and potentially very dangerous...at the very least a complete waste of money.

If you want to get muscled and ripped, you need to EAT FOOD, and EXERCISE, and REST.
There's no magic pill/powder/injection. Its called hard work and consistency. Spend some time on our forums if you want to learn the right way to do things. Its not hard, it just takes time and dedication.

Thank You for the advises.

I was thinking of taking T-Bomb cause I have been working out for almost two years now, and I have got a lot stronger than when I started, but I haven't notice any increase in muscle growth or getting rip. and let me tell I eat a lot, but I dont know what to do.

When you say eat a lot, what types of food you recommend ?

Whole foods. Look at LV's grocery list in the Nutrition section, stickied at the top.

I'd also go in that forum and post "hey, i'm gaining strength, but no size" and the post an average day's food intake. EVERYTHING you eat in a normal day, including portion sizes.

Ideally, you should go to a site like and input your food for a few days. You say you eat a lot...but your lack of size increase tells me its still not enough.

that means either your idea of a lot isn't really a lot...or you've got a pretty fast metabolism, and simply have to eat even more to pull this off.

I'm already assuming you're eating 5-7 meals a day, and have an idea of what your protein, fat, carb and calorie intakes are like.

If not, the last thing you need is ANY supplement. Supplements "supplement" your diet, and if you're clueless about your diet, how do you know you even need to supplement?

Its like saying "My car won't move, so I'm going to put a super charger on it" when all you really need is to fill the gas tank because its empty.

your body really is just an organic engine. if there's no leftover fuel, there's nothing to build muscle with.

The reality is if you've been lifting for two years and you haven't gained muscle, you're not eating enough. You'd be better off going to the nutrition area or weightlifting section and posting your diet and training set up.
