synthetic Insulin spike

hi iv'e been doing some reading on insulin spiking post workout and being a diabetic was wondering if someone could shed some light on the subject. is there any advantages to using synthetic insulin to promote muscle growth. also if someone could give me a link with some information that would be appreciated
-Thanks

I wouldn't mess around with exogenous (from outside the body) insulin. Use what you need because of your diabetes, and don't use it for muscle gains, it's very dangerous.

Besides, spiking insulin post work out probably isn't as important as a lot of people think, anyway. Just get some amino acids, maybe some carbs for glycogen storage (though I don't know if this might be a bad idea with your diabetes), and just take the insulin you need to handle it.

Have you talked to a professional about your condition and exercise? You really should! Your doc should be able to give you some guidelines to follow

no i haven't talked to a professional. this was just some reading that i did that caught my eye and i still didnt understand it too much. anyways thanks.

its not worth the insulin shock induced coma. use your insulin normally if your doctor prescribed it.

the body tends to produce a natural insulin spike post resistance training, especially if you add some simple sugar to the post workout shake.
