Does anyone here know anything about this as far as recommending for under 18 yrs old?

Mreik will agree with me that the strawberry flavor is absolutely teh best tasting protein powder out there. But mix the strawberry and vanilla together and it's heavenly.

Seriously...it's my absolute favorite and I've tried A LOT of protein brands.

It tastes like bliss, it really does. Just shop around the .net to get the best price.. I haven't tried the others but I seriously want to, lmk if you go with another flavor and how it is.

I tried True mass for like 120 dollars for a 2.5 kg tub...tasted ok the first time i had it but everytime after that it just got worse and worse. Isent whats in it more important tho then what it tastes like? You guys are all wrapped up in taste and the next thing you know your just gonna be drinking coco haha

I'm glad to hear you all like it. I was wondering if its good for people under 18yrs old?

O rly. Guess I'd better git some. You better not be lying to me. :bncry: Well, after I run out of orange metabolic drive (which I'm hoping tastes alright).

There's nothing in there you don't need as much or more than anyone else, as far as I'm aware. Which is to say, in people with normal kidney function and healthy digestion, protein supplements should not cause concern unless they're consumed in massive quantities. Having said that, though, most studies focus on adults, so it's not really known how much is too much for young people.

Chances are you will be just fine with even several servings a day.

Well, I was ordering every flavor of surge and some other junk and I got curious. I'll be pretty choked if Berardi lied to me. Self-promoting as it was, I still believed him. ON wasn't even on there. Pretty suspicious now, actually. Damn it.

Actually, to me, taste is very important. If I'm taking protein powders or food and spending some money on it, I want to enjoy what I'm eating/drinking.

.

I'm picky about protein and taste. I've NEVER liked a strawberry protein before and the Syntha 6 protein is by far the best I've ever had.

I'll definitely check it out. Almost every protein powder I've ever encountered has tasted like rotten ass to me (eventually), so if it's as good as you say...well, I don't know what. I'll send you some material for a new skirt?

lol...tartan material can be pretty pricey. Even if I sew it myself and just get the material without the kilt makers touching it, it'll run me around in the mid $200s to $300s.

Just props for having good taste will do fine. :)

Well, I was just going to take my tablecloth down to the post office, but yeah, ok. :D

Actually think I might toss some in with next month's order anyway, which I happen to be putting in right now. Think I'll have to start eating irish oats again so I have something to put it in.

See if the guy from Good Eats (I can't suddenly remember his name) has the recipe for steel cut oats on youtube or the net. He has some cool stuff for oatmeal on his show.

Alton Brown is the ****. That thing with the coffee pot, I'm so gonna try that.

And I love when he goes off into tangents about random things like the size of a real log of cinnamon and then points out that there's no reason you needed to know what he just explained to you. :D

Never tried that recipe, though. Good call. I will do eet. For anyone who's interested: .

Aww, there doesn't seem to be a part 1 around. It's the steelcut oats recipe that's cutoff part way through, too. That's unfortunate. I'll write it down and paste it here later I guess.

wow this stuff is almost too good tasting to be a supplement, by far the easiest mixing supplement i've ever come across

Its just choice for me, you can mix it with anything, well vanilla flavor anyways.
