Sport Switching Food Around

Sport Fitness
Hi,

I usually eat 6 meals a day... i mix it up, but usually it is along the following lines:

0730: protein shake (1 scoop)
1000: porridge and nuts
1300: 2 chicken breasts and salad (cook in work)
1600: yogurt, fruit and mixed nuts
1800: large protein shake (water, 2 scoops, spinach, mixed nuts, peanut butter, banana, 1 table spoon manuka honey)
1830: GYM
2000: fish and salad

I am now going to switch some of these meals around as i HATE cooking in work everyday and almost dread lunch time. I've tried cooking at home at night but i don't like the taste of re-heated food and i don't like a cold salad (fussy, i know :)

I am thinking of having the large protein shake, which i usually take before the gym, for lunch instead, however i think i need to add more to it to make it more of a meal... can anyone suggest anything to add to it?

Here is my new plan, just in case it helps:

0730: eggs
1000: porridge and nuts
1300: large protein shake (water, 2 scoops, spinach, mixed nuts, peanut butter, banana, 1 table spoon manuka honey)
1600: yogurt, fruit and mixed nuts
1800: chicken or fish salad (cook at home)
1830: GYM
2000: protein shake (1 scoop)

Thanks in advance for your help
