switch up ab exercises?

How often do you all switch up your ab exercises?

I generally try to mix it up once every 2 weeks just to keep my muscles guessing. Does anyone switch it up faster? Later?
 
For me I like to switch up ab exercises every workout or two, for nothing else just so I don't get bored with any particular exercise. I have about 4 different excercises I do, and like to mix it up regularily.
