Hey there, I'm a High School Senior. This year I plan on doing Swimming for my school, and I have a dilemma..
Next year, I plan on running in college. We're going to run 10K races so I need to know if while I'm swimming, should I also run during the same day after Swimming conditioning? I need to know if I should incorporate both of these excersises into a day.
So should I go to swimming conditioning and then run 6 miles? Or just rest?
